Snow creates Mess in Milwaukee

Last Nights snow fall of less than .1 inch created quite a mess. It was just warm enough that when the snow hit the pavement it first melted, but freezing temps froze it up creating a thin sheet of ice on all the roadways. There were dozens of accidents throughout the roadway system in and around Milwaukee.
